Track days.

Maybe you want to reward your top salesperson, maybe you want to take a client out or maybe you feel a bit of team bonding is in order. You could even use a track day as a prize in a competition open to your customers.

Track days are loads of fun and with a karting expert on hand to give tuition and tips and take lots of photos, it will be a day that lives long in the memory. They start with a track walk and talk on safety. With just one or two drivers we can attach cameras to the kart and a data logger and with some analysis help the driver get their laptime down.

Social Responsibility.

Social responsibility is a way of companies giving back to their local community. Motor sport is a fantastic and engaging way to get people interested in road safety, team work, being proud of quality work, maths, physics and of course, engineering.

This can be taught on a track day or via a talk at your work place, local school etc.

Road Safety

Driving around very quickly only 5cm above the ground teaches you respect - for speed and for other drivers. Race tracks are safer than roads because everyone is going around in the same direction and is full of respect for other drivers. The open nature of a kart removes the false sense of security many car drivers feel, as if some how the metal cocoon alters the laws of physics.

Most road accidents are caused by one or more parties driving far too fast, with far too much confidence in their limited ability. Motorsports make it crystal clear that while speed is fun and exhilarating, there is more to it than simply driving fast. Picking your braking point, when to turn in, how much speed to carry into a corner, which line to take, when to get back on the power - so many things to think about. It becomes clear that this can not be done well when a person is tired or after consuming alcohol. It also can not be done on public roads with pedestrians and other cars, that are not expecting you.

Team Work.

Racing teams rely on team work. While the driver is the focus, without someone getting the kart to the track, the engine builder making sure it runs to the maximum and the mechanic making sure it is set up correctly - both for performance and everything is bolted on. When all the different people are working in sync, the magic really happens.

Quality work - in a logical order.

In motorsport quality work is essential. Lacezidasical work can cause - literally - the wheels to come off. Not something you want happening at 55mph with the driver only 5cm above the ground.

Working in a logical order is also very important. In kart racing we are looking to improve the drivers kart so they can go faster. We are only expecting one to two tenths of a second off the laptime. Changes have to be made in a logical way and are data driven.

Maths.

Motorsports is the ideal place to hide teaching maths. From being to instantly calculate the delta between two lap times, to doing the same with weights and fuel loads. Gearing ratio's are also something that you need to be able to get your head around.

Physics

From the workings of an engine to centrifugal forces on corners - the scope of motorsport is massive.

Engineering

From the design of the chassis onwards - there is a heap of engineering topics to be discussed.

Image Transfer.

Most brands can benefit from the association of a highly skilled and professional motor sports team. Our ability to produce high quality photos, videos and copy along with highly articulate and photogenic drivers can push the boundaries of your brand into new territory.

If promoting hard work, attention to detail and a fanatical desire for improvement aligns with your branding strategy then please get in touch.

Hospitality.

Would you like to hang out with the team? We will look after you and your guests. You'll see first hand the hard work we put in and see the work required at the coal face. Ideal for entertaining business partners, rewarding employees or the prize in a customer competition.

Social Media.

Aligned with image transfer, we can help raise your social media profile and therefore your company profile. You'll receive a constant stream of photos and short videos ready to post! Not sure how to run a social media campaign? We can help you with that!

Brand Awareness.

Raising the profile of your brand is important. With image transfer and social media support we can make that a reality and a reach a demographic that other sports can not. Motorsports are most likely the missing piece in your demographic jigsaw.

Networking.

We have a large number of contacts in the UK, Trinidad and North America. If we can't meet your needs maybe one of our partners or contacts can. Maybe we can achieve your goals as a group.

Merchandising.

Many companies give a way or sell merchandise. Add some excitement to it by including our team logo and associating it with motor sports. Limited edition goods can be created and given away to business partners, employees or a small set of customers - high net-worth individuals or competition winners for example.

Sales Incentives.

Do you want your sales team to work harder? Maybe a track day or a hospitality day would do the trick. Maybe a limited edition t-shirt as well.

Data Capture.

Do you need to get a deeper understanding of your customers? Do you want to know why people are NOT your customers? Surveys and competitions are a great way of getting that data. But you need to incentivise people to take part and that means great prizes. A track day, a days hospitality, t-shirts, caps etc are all great incentives.

Quality.

On a race day we have about an hour between races to make changes to the karts. These changes usually entail removing wheels and changing the rear gearing. When the gearing changes, the engine is moved. If we do not work in an organised and efficient manner the changes won't happen in time and the kart won't make the grid. If we don't have a commitment to quality then wheels and engines can come off - risking the safety of our drivers, other drivers and spectators.

Before making set up changes we get feed back from our drivers as to how the kart is handling, we review the video of the session and look a the main indicators on the drivers data logger. There are eleven things we can change that will alter how the kart drives. Out of all the billions of combinations of changes that we could make only a select few will make the kart faster. Because of a team commitment to quality we make the right calls.

If you want a motivational speaker to engage and enthuse your staff about the need for quality and attention to detail or a fresh set of eyes to review your procedures, we can help. We can guide your through "sentinel" events and how to mitigate and reduce them.

Your staff are your biggest asset - are you giving them the freedom and ownership of the quality of their own work? We can help with that.
